Very efficient way of cooking; can be poured when cold, easier and safer to measure out, no more mixing of butter and oil or clarifying butter. You work faster, more efficiently, with less spattering and less smoke.

For frying, grilling, baking, and browning meat, fish and poultry, for braising vegetables and preparing them in the wok and for baking sweet preparations such as pancakes, muffins, cakes and cookies.
